Exercises

Performing the followings stretching and strengthening exercises is important to improve function, decrease pain, increase strength, and recover from your injury or surgery.  

Shoulder 

Pendulum Exercise

Important starter exercise in the rehab process to loosen shoulder with passive motion. 

Stick Exercise

In this exercise I explain how to work on improving all planes of range of motion of the shoulder to include: internal rotation,

external rotation, elevation, abduction, and extension. 

Wall Walk

This exercise uses any wall to allow you to work on forward elevation for improved range of motion.

Pulley Exercise

Utilize a door pulley to passively pull your affected extremity higher with time. This exercise works on 

Therabands Exercise

Theraband exercises are utilized in the recovery phase of shoulder surgery or conservative care to regain muscle strength of the rotator cuff, deltoid, and scapula stabilizers.

Foot & Ankle 

Toe Alphabet

A simple at home exercise to work on range of motion, decrease swelling, and regain function of an injured foot and ankle.
