Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Brazeal is a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '01. He went on to UT Southwestern Medical School, and then completed his orthopedic training and fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at UT Health Science Center San Antonio where he was Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Brazeal joined St. Joseph Orthopaedic Associates in 2012. Dr. Brazeal and his wife have two sons.
I'm originally from Arlington, TX. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I went to medical school at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas TX. I completed my residency in orthopedics in San Antonio, TX at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. I studied joint replacement, arthroscopy for sports-related injuries, fracture care, and management of traumatic injuries of the musculoskeletal system. I completed a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery after the completion of my residency.
I met my wife in San Antonio, and we have two sons. We moved to Bryan-College Station in 2012. We are members of Grace Bible Church. We are active participants in mission work and charities here in the Brazos Valley and around the world.
I am a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, board certified. I have been on staff at St. Joseph Regional Hospital since the completion of my training.
